Jonny is a Muggleborn who grew up in a small town called Peach Creek. During the summers, the kids in his neighborhood, himself included, always had to find interesting ways to entertain themselves as their parents were always conveniently at work. For Jonny, this was never too much trouble. He always had his best friend, Plank, with him to keep him company. Plank is, in fact a plank of wood which Jonny drew a face on with magic marker, and though he'd never admit it, the friendship and the things he hears plank say are all in his head. Jonny would entertain himself by wandering around the cul-de-sac and checking out what all the other kids were doing. Usually he'd get roped into a scam set up by the Eds, but he either wouldn't realize it was a hoax or the Eds' plan would fall through before they got a chance to get any money from him. Either way, it never really bothered him. The Eds were a laugh and a half. But then on Jonny's 11th birthday, he got the coolest thing in the mail. It was a letter telling him that he was a real life wizard from a real life wizarding school! Even Plank got a letter too! (Dumbledore was smart enough to realize that if Plank hadn't gotten an acceptance letter, Jonny wouldn't have gone with out him. So he sent Plank one as well ^_^) He had always thought that sort of stuff was just make believe. If he went, he was sure going to miss everyone in the neighborhood, but Plank and him had to go and find out if magic really was real. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
